Loan Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers for Business Loans / MSME Loans.
• Connect with leads and understand the customer's business and funding requirements.
• Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation, tenure and other terms.
• Generate and convert leads into qualified loan applications.
• Follow up with customers regularly to drive login and disbursement.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales, calling and conversion targets.
• Update customer information and follow-up status in CRM.
• Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for smooth application processing.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow company policies and compliance guidelines.
