Loan against Securities Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in loan against security (LAS) sales.
• Identify new opportunities for client acquisition and retention through effective relationship management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of LAS transactions, including underwriting and settlement processes.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of loans against securities (LAS), shares, and other financial instruments.
• Excellent negotiation skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
