Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Find potential customers through market visits, networking, and direct outreach.
• Channel Management: Build and manage relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), builders, and financial connectors.
• Client Consultation: Understand customer financial needs and explain loan terms, interest rates, and eligibility criteria.
• Documentation: Collect, verify, and organize financial and property documents according to bank norms.
• Processing & Coordination: Log applications into the system and coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely loan approval and disbursement.
