Loan Advisor

As a Loan Advisor you will be responsible for generating new customer leads and promoting

Aye Finance (secured/ Unsecured loan) products. Interact directly with customers, understand

their financial needs, and guide them through the loan application process, This is a field

based sales role focused on business development and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new customer leads through field visits and local market outreach.
• Promote and Explain Aye finance loan products to potential customers.
• Assist customers in filing loan application forms, enhance existing ones to address

customer pain points and provide support.

• Collect and verify required documents (KYC, Income proofs. etc.)
• Maintain regular follow -ups with customers until loan disbursement
• Build strong relationships with local shopkeepers, small business owners and referral

sources.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards Role & responsibilities

Specialization: Students with Bike (Mandatory) and Interested in field sales will be given special preference.

Compensation Annexure: Detailed compensation structure, including fixed pay and

performance incentives, attached below:
