Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective capacity planning strategies to optimize logistics operations, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost reduction and develop solutions to improve profitability.
• Manage fleet operations, including scheduling, routing, and tracking, to ensure timely delivery of goods while minimizing costs.
• Analyze demand forecasts and supply chain data to inform strategic decisions on inventory management, procurement, and supplier relationships.

Job Requirements :

• 10-15 years of experience in Capacity Planning & Logistics or related field.
• Strong understanding of Cost Reduction techniques and ability to apply them effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Demand Forecasting tools such as SAP APO or similar systems.
• Experience with Fleet Management software like WiseTruck or similar platforms.
