Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the Last Mile team to ensure timely delivery of packages to customers.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to logistics, transportation, and supply chain management.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in last mile operations.

Job Requirements :

• 9-20 years of experience in courier/logistics industry with expertise in last mile delivery.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth through innovative solutions.
• Strong understanding of hiring processes for non-technical roles such as drivers, warehouse staff, etc.
