Summary:
As a Large Language Model Developer, a typical day involves refining and adapting advanced language models to better suit specific domains and instructions. Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the development and deployment of fine-tuned language models to meet project goals.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate model improvements into production environments.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and understanding of large language models.

Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning Operations, Python Frameworks, Generative AI.

Strong experience in fine-tuning and adapting language models for domain-specific applications.

In-depth knowledge of model evaluation techniques and performance optimization.

Ability to work with large-scale datasets and implement data preprocessing pipelines.

Familiarity with cloud-based machine learning platforms and deployment strategies.

Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).

This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
