Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate fine-tuned models into production environments.
• Continuously monitor model performance and implement improvements based on feedback and evaluation metrics.
• Document methodologies and processes to support knowledge sharing and future development.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in model development tasks.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with model fine-tuning techniques, including instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing concepts and transformer architectures.
• Ability to work with large datasets and preprocess data for model training and evaluation.
• Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in AI development such as Python.
• Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and techniques for language models.
