- Continuously monitor and evaluate model performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments.
- Document methodologies and findings to support knowledge sharing and future development efforts.

Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents Workflow Integration, Prompt Engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning (ML), AGENTIC AI.
- Strong understanding of model fine-tuning techniques and domain adaptation strategies.
- Experience with natural language processing frameworks and tools.
- Ability to analyze and interpret model behavior to optimize performance.
- Familiarity with workflow automation and integration of AI components into existing systems.
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in AI Agents Workflow Integration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
