- Experience with natural language processing techniques and frameworks related to language model development.
- Strong understanding of model fine-tuning strategies, including instruction tuning and domain adaptation.
- Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in model development such as Python.
- Ability to work with large datasets and preprocess data for model training and evaluation.
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
