Summary:

As a Large Language Model Developer, a typical day involves refining and adapting advanced language models to better suit specific domains and instructions. The workday includes analyzing model outputs, iterating on fine-tuning strategies, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the models meet the desired performance standards in diverse applications. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of fine-tuning strategies to optimize model performance.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support continuous learning and growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align model development with project goals and stakeholder requirements.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing techniques and model fine-tuning methodologies.
• Experience with handling large-scale datasets and domain-specific adaptation of language models.
• Ability to analyze model behavior and implement improvements to enhance contextual understanding.
• Familiarity with programming languages and frameworks commonly used in machine learning model development.
