Position: Finance Controller

LKSS & Associates is seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Controller to lead the organization's financial operations, reporting, compliance, and business planning functions. The role is responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, maintaining strong internal controls, managing cash flow, supporting business growth through financial insights, and leading the finance and accounts team.

Total Experience: 3 - 5 years

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Accounting:

- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards such as IFRS, GAAP, and Ind AS.

- Oversee general ledger management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.

- Manage month-end and year-end financial closing processes.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

- Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic financial forecasting.

- Monitor financial performance against budgets and analyze variances.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve business performance and profitability.

Internal Controls & Compliance:

- Establish, implement, and maintain effective internal control systems.

- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and audit standards.

- Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management:

- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital requirements.

- Optimize cash utilization and maintain banking relationships.

- Manage financial risks related to debt, investments, and treasury operations.

Business Partnership & Strategic Support:

- Support senior leadership with financial analysis, business planning, and strategic decision-making.

- Deliver actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

- Collaborate with various departments on cost control and performance improvement initiatives.

Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.

- Drive process improvement and financial automation initiatives.

- Ensure continuous capability development and high performance within the team.
