Job Overview

We are looking for a Litigation Management professional to manage and monitor the company's legal and litigation matters. The role will involve handling cases before Courts, Tribunals and Quasi-Judicial bodies, coordinating with external advocates, preparing legal documents and managing legal notices and complaints.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in litigation, with exposure to Consumer and Life Insurance Litigation being preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor litigation cases filed by or against the company.
• Handle matters before Courts, Tribunals and Quasi-Judicial bodies.
• Draft and finalize legal documents including Plaints, Written Statements, Replies and Affidavits.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external advocates/law firms.
• Represent the company before relevant legal forums.
• Handle police complaints and legal escalations.
• Draft and respond to legal notices received by the company.
• Develop litigation strategies and support litigation budget management.
• Track case progress and ensure timely action on all litigation matters.

Ideal Background
