Job Summary -

We are looking for an experienced IT professional with strong knowledge of IT Service Management, Linux, Shell Scripting, PL/SQL, and MySQL. The candidate will be responsible for application/production support, incident management, troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintaining IT services in a production environment.

Roles & Responsibilities-

• Provide production/application support and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Linux/Unix systems and application issues.
• Develop and maintain Shell scripts for automation and monitoring.
• Work with PL/SQL and MySQL for data analysis and issue resolution.
• Perform incident, problem, and change management as per ITIL/ITSM processes.
• Analyze logs, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with technical teams.
