Linux Administrator required in Pune /Hyderabad

Role & responsibilities

Job Location-Pune/Hyderabad

Experience-2+yrs

Monitor Linux servers and infrastructure.

Perform routine health checks for CPU, memory, disk and network. Manage users, groups, file systems and permissions.

Monitor and analyze logs using Linux commands. Manage services using systemctl and perform basic Linux OS troubleshooting.

Handle incidents through ITSM tools such as ServiceNow/Remedy and escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams.

Good to have: Basic awareness of Red Hat OpenShift.

Strong troubleshooting, communication and coordination skills. Customer-focused approach with ability to work in 24x7 shifts. Willingness to learn cloud and container technologies.

Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools and basic ITIL knowledge.
