Linux admin required at Pune and Hyderabad

Role & responsibilities

Job Loc-Pune/Hyderabad

Qual- Any grad

Monitor Linux servers and infrastructure.

Perform routine health checks on CPU, Memory, Disk, and Network.

User and group management.

Basic file system administration and permission management.

Log monitoring and analysis using Linux commands.

Service management using systemctl.

Basic troubleshooting of Linux OS issues.

Incident ticket handling through ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.).

Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams.

Good to have - Awareness of RedHat OpenShift technology

Excellent troubleshooting mindset.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work in shifts 24x7

Customer-focused approach.

Willingness to learn emerging cloud and container technologies.

ServiceNow or other ticketing tool experience.

Basic ITIL understanding.

Good communication and documentation skills.
