Linguistic Expert - Vendor Help Desk

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve vendor and employee queries related to Accounts Payable, Payment Processing, and Travel & Expense (T&E).
• Ensure timely query resolution in accordance with defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Manage internal stakeholder escalations and provide effective resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of queries, resolutions, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and efficient query management.
• Deliver professional and effective communication to vendors, employees, and internal stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficiency in French at a minimum B2 level is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and query-resolution skills.
• Ability to handle escalations professionally and work within defined SLAs.

Preferred candidate profile

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Prior experience in Accounts Payable, Payment Processing, Travel & Expense, finance operations, or a help desk/customer support role.
• Familiarity with query management systems, service delivery processes, and KPI/SLA-driven environments.
