Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for Set-Up Approval as per Control plan or Inspection plan. Responsible for in-process inspection as per control plan/ inspection plan. Responsible for communicating the deviations to production engineer thru
• Dimension Defect Intimation Report.
• Responsible for handling of NC Components identified during the in process
• inspection.
• Responsible for maintaining and monitoring instruments in Good condition.
• Responsible to use only calibrated instruments/gauges, if due date expired alternate to be used and the same to be informed to calibration cell.
• Responsible for conducting the SPC studies as per control plan
• Responsible for maintaining the first off and last off samples.
• Responsible for maintaining the NC Register.
• Responsible for maintaining the documents and records related to their area.
• Maintain with Development of 5s Activities
• In process Area.
• Review of First off / Last off setup approval report and Inprocess inspection report
• Coordinating to conduct the MSA study as per MSA plan
