Role & responsibilities :

A. Lift Erector

1. Accountable for conducting erection and installation procedure of elevator (Residential, Commercial and Industrial) under the guidance of Project Manager and ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.

2. Coordinate with Project Manager to meet seamless integration or wiring and controls.

3. Ensure erection is done with all safety measure and building codes, stagewise.

Stage I

• Template Fixing / Shaft measurement
• Car and Counter Brackets fixing and alignment
• Rail Hoisting and alignment
• Entrance frame fixing
• Machine beam fixing and alignment

Stage II

• Machine Hoisting and alignment
• Car and counter sling fixing
• Roping - Main / OSG
• Cabin Assembly
• Car and Landing door fixing

4. Read drawings to determine the equipment needed for installation / repair / Modification.

5. Accountable for tools, materials and machineries possessed.

Willingness to travel across different project sites in and around Chennai (or outstation projects)

6. Any Other duties as assigned by the Management on time-to-time basis.

Qualification : Diploma - Mech / ITI - Fitter with 5 years relevant experience.

B. Helper for Lift Erection : (Male only)

Qualification : Fresh Diploma / ITI - or 2 years Helper experience.

C. Lift Service Engineers : (Male only)

Qualification : Fresh Diploma / ITI with 3 years relevant experience.

D. Telemarketing Executive : (Female only)

Qualification : Any graduate with 2-3 years relevant experience.

E. Business Development Executives : (Male only)

a. Qualification : Any graduate with 2-3 years experience preferably in building materials industries.

b. Two Wheeler with valid license is mandatory.
