Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the Soft Skills Program in the branch.

Coordinate closely with Principals, Coordinators, and Teachers.

Monitor the quality, effectiveness, and performance of the Students.

Ensure the smooth and effective implementation of the Soft Skills Program in the branch.

Conduct weekly training sessions for Teachers in the branch.

Provide continuous guidance, mentoring, and support to the Students.

Identify challenges and ensure timely resolution for the seamless functioning of the program.

Maintain consistent training standards and ensure achievement of program objectives.

Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills

Confident in training and facilitation

Capable of managing and mentoring the Teachers & Students

Comfortable coordinating with school leadership

Strong in execution, monitoring, and follow-up
