Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calling, references, and company-provided leads.
• Contact prospective customers and understand their insurance requirements.
• Explain Tata AIA life insurance products and benefits.
• Conduct customer meetings and assist with policy applications.
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide support during the sales process.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Eligibility:

• Any graduate can apply.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with sales and customer interaction.
• Willingness to work towards targets.
