Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Life Insurance role based in New Delhi. The role involves meeting prospective and existing customers to understand their financial goals and recommending suitable Bajaj Life insurance products, including term plans, ULIPs, retirement, and child policies. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting needs-based financial assessments, presenting policy features, and guiding customers through the application and onboarding process. The role also includes handling customer queries, resolving issues, coordinating with internal teams for policy servicing, and maintaining accurate records in line with regulatory and company standards. The individual will work towards sales targets, contribute to branch-level business growth, and uphold a customer-first approach in every interaction.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Insurance Sales and Sales, with experience in meeting or exceeding individual and team targets.
• Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Insurance and Finance to provide appropriate product recommendations and basic financial guidance.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, including the ability to manage queries, resolve concerns, and build long-term client relationships.
• Relevant insurance certifications or licenses as per regulatory requirements (IRDAI), and a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field are preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment are beneficial.
• Prior experience in life insurance, banking, or financial services, particularly in sales or advisory roles, will be an advantage.
