Relationship Manager (RM) | Life Insurance Agency Channel

Location: Alwar, Jaipur, Agra, Jodhpur, Kota, Udaipur

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Life Insurance Agency Channel

CTC: 3.5 - 6 LPA + Incentives (upto 20% hike on current CTC)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth through the Life Insurance Agency Channel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents/advisors.
• Activate agents and improve their productivity and business performance.
• Generate business through regular field visits and market activities.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with agents.
• Identify new business opportunities and support overall channel growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Life Insurance Agency Channel.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and regular market visits.
• Target-oriented and energetic approach.
• Experience in agent/advisor handling and activation preferred.
