Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all company licences, registrations, permits, and statutory approvals.
• Ensure timely renewal of licences and maintain an updated compliance tracker.
• Coordinate with government departments, authorities, and consultants for applications, renewals, and approvals.
• Handle documentation related to Factory, Fire, Shops & Establishment, Labour, Pollution, and other applicable licences.
• Maintain proper records of licences, certificates, applications, and renewals.
• Coordinate for government inspections and ensure required documents are available.
• Follow up on pending applications, approvals, and renewals.
• Ensure the company remains compliant with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Graduate / relevant qualification.
• 25 years of experience in licensing, compliance, or government liaison.
• Good knowledge of statutory licences and renewal procedures.
• Strong documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, diamond, or jewellery industry will be an advantage.
