Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage library operations, including circulation, cataloguing, and shelving books.
  
• Maintain accurate records of book inventory and patron checkouts.
  
• Develop and implement effective strategies for promoting literacy programs within the community.
  
• Provide research assistance to patrons on various topics related to education, healthcare, and wellness.
  
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures regarding record keeping and confidentiality.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience as a librarian or in a similar role (library management).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialisation (B.Lib) or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
  
• Strong understanding of digital libraries, digitisation processes, and library professional activities.
  
• Excellent administration management skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
