Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them through effective liaisoning efforts.

• Site-finding research for Outdoor Advertising Billboard/Hoarding
  
• Facilitate communication between the company and relevant government authorities to resolve issues and address concerns.
  
• Provide expert advice on government policies, regulations, and procedures to internal teams.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in government liaison or government relations/government liaison roles.
  
• Strong understanding of government policies, regulations, and procedures related to the real estate industry.
  
• Excellent networking skills for building relationships with key stakeholders at various levels (govt officials).
  
• Ability to analyze complex situations critically and provide practical solutions effectively.
