Liasioning Manager

Key Responsibilities

Government & Regulatory Liaison • Liaise with government authorities such as MCGM, SRA, MHADA, CIDCO, Fire Department, Pollution Control Board, Revenue Department, Collector Office, and other statutory bodies. • Obtain approvals, NOCs, permissions, and clearances required for project execution. • Coordinate with utility departments for water, electricity, drainage, and other infrastructure approvals.

Statutory Compliance • Ensure compliance with local building regulations, development control regulations (DCPR), and statutory requirements. • Track the status of approvals and proactively follow up with authorities to ensure timely completion. • Maintain records of all statutory submissions, approvals, and correspondence.

Documentation & Coordination • Prepare, review, and submit applications, drawings, technical documents, and supporting records required for approvals. • Coordinate with architects, consultants, legal teams, and project engineers to obtain necessary documentation.

Stakeholder Management • Build and maintain strong working relationships with government officials, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. • Represent the organization during meetings with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders. • Resolve issues related to approvals and statutory compliance in a timely manner.

Reporting & MIS • Prepare periodic MIS reports on approval status, pending applications, and key liaison activities. • Highlight potential delays and recommend mitigation plans to management.

Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience • 510 years of experience in liaison activities within the real estate or construction industry. • Hands-on experience in obtaining approvals from MCGM, SRA, MHADA, CIDCO, Fire Department, and other statutory authorities. • Knowledge of DCPR, building approval processes, and statutory compliance requirements.
