Role & responsibilities

Policy Interpretation & Guidance

• Interpret central, state, and local government policies related to real estate development.
• Provide clear, actionable guidance to internal teams on regulatory frameworks.
• Track changes in policies, regulations, and government notifications and assess their business impact.

Policy Administration & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to all statutory requirements, approvals, and licenses.
• Maintain documentation and records of approvals, NOCs, and regulatory filings.
• Develop and implement SOPs for regulatory compliance and approvals

Government Liaisoning

• Build and maintain relationships with government departments and authorities such as:
• Development Authorities
• Municipal Corporations
• Revenue Departments
• Pollution Control Boards
• Fire & Safety Departments
• Coordinate for obtaining approvals, permits, and clearances.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong understanding of real estate policies, approvals, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent relationship management and networking skills.
• Strong analytical skills for policy interpretation.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
