Liasioning Executive

We have an Urgent Opening for the Post of Liasoning Executive/Officer

• Liaise with government departments, especially BMC, for approvals, NOCs, remarks, and statutory permissions.
• Coordinate with BMC ward offices, SRA, MHADA, Fire Department, Water Department, Survey Department, and other statutory agencies.
• Maintain professional relationships with government officials to speed up approvals.
• Track statutory deadlines and coordinate document submissions.
• Prepare and submit statutory applications and supporting documents.
• Maintain approval trackers, compliance records, and government correspondence.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, legal teams, surveyors, and contractors.
• Ensure timely renewal of approvals and permissions.

Educational requirement

Graduate with relevant liaisoning experience.
