Liasioning Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Liaisoning Architect responsible for managing statutory approvals, coordinating with government authorities and consultants, and ensuring timely approvals and compliance for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle liaisoning and statutory approval processes for residential and commercial projects.
• Coordinate with MCGM/BMC, MHADA, SRA, MMRDA, CIDCO, RERA and other relevant authorities.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on drawings, applications, documents, and proposals for various approvals.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, legal teams, and project teams.
• Review architectural drawings and documentation for compliance with applicable development regulations.
• Track approval status and ensure timely submission of required documents and responses.
• Coordinate for IOD, CC, OC, Commencement Certificate, Building Completion Certificate and other relevant permissions.
• Maintain records of approvals, permissions, correspondence, and statutory documents.
• Resolve queries and observations raised by concerned authorities in coordination with consultants and internal teams.
• Monitor changes in DCR/UDCPR, development regulations, building codes, and other applicable guidelines.
• Ensure project documentation is updated and maintained as per statutory requirements.
• Provide regular updates to management on approval status, pending matters, and potential issues.
