Key Roles & Responsibilities

Manage liaisoning with government departments, local authorities, development authorities, and regulatory bodies plus handling legal activities related to land, property documentation, title verification, lease deeds, legal notices and authority related disputes and should be dealing in Noida & Greater Noida Authority

Coordinate and facilitate project approvals, NOCs, permissions, licenses, and statutory compliances

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with government officials and key stakeholders.

Monitor approval processes and ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of regulatory matters.

Ensure projects remain aligned with applicable laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.

Represent the company in official meetings, discussions, and government interactions.

Coordinate with internal teams such as Projects, Legal, Compliance, and Management for approvals and documentation.

Handle public relations and stakeholder communication related to project matters.

Maintain proper records of approvals, correspondence, applications, and regulatory documentation.

Candidate Profile

10–15 years of relevant experience in real estate liaisoning, government relations, or public relations.

Strong knowledge of local government processes, approvals, and regulatory requirements in Greater Noida/Noida.

Networking, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience dealing with development authorities and government departments will be preferred.Role & responsibilities
