Position: Team Lead Cum Liaison Officer
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Cum Liaison Officer to lead project teams, manage key stakeholders, and coordinate effectively with State Government, Central Government, Ministries, PSUs, and other government/parastatal organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large project teams of 10+ members.
- Coordinate with State/Central Government departments, Ministries, PSUs, and Parastatals.
- Manage stakeholder communication and government liaison activities.
- Prepare and review proposals, reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Support project coordination, implementation, and monitoring.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, consultations, and stakeholder discussions.
- Ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management.
- Maintain effective coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Master's degree in Economics / Engineering / Business / Urban Management / Urban & City Planning / Finance / Public Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of professional experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the Urban Development sector.
- Experience leading large teams of 10+ members.
- Experience working with State Government / Central Government / Ministries / PSUs / Parastatals.
- International or Government consulting experience will be preferred.
