1. Scope of the role

To support the Fragrances business by managing inventory for large format stores & specialty retail channel.

2. Job Profile

Managing inventory for large format stores & SR channel

• Coordinate for consignments between Titan hubs/cfas & partner chains for end to end visibility
• Track forward & returns stocks from partner chains
• Facilitate stock reconciliation - Identifying the reason for mismatches between stocked billed and stock received by the stores and resolving them on priority between stakeholders
• Support with replenishment operations

3. Key Deliverables

• Keeping a record of transactions where there has been a mismatch between billing and receipt and the status of these transactions
• Preparing accurate inventory reports
• Tracking of forward & return stock movements

4. The right person

1. Has to be proficient in following tools - MS Excel and SAP.

2. Proficient in English & Hindi – preferably in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam

3. Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce.

4. Is willing to learn and adapt to changing business needs.

5. Is meticulous & pays attention to detail.

6. Excellent oral and written communication skills

7. Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities

8. Team player who works productively with wide range of people
