    Job Title: Level I - Product Analyst
    Reports directly to: Manager
    Direct Reports: Individual Contributor


    Job Summary
    Product Analyst focused on providing subject matter expertise on the Care Management products including their functionality and utilization, collaborating with project teams and business partners to meet ITG project objectives. This position will provide subject matter expertise to ensure successful delivery of product initiatives according to the CSG/OSG/Sarah Cannon objectives.
    The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to establish effective working relationships and manage multiple priorities. This includes discussions and collaborating with other project team members to design functional product details and changes, identify and escalate project issues, and ultimately ensure product requirements are met.
    The candidate will provide hands-on expertise to independently resolve service delivery or functionality issues with the enterprise care management system, frequently communicating with the project team members, support resources, other supporting external vendors, and end users. This position requires a continual development in the understanding of care management, by maintaining strong relationships with business partners and product users.
    The ideal candidate for this position has an IT product development background with well-developed communication skills. Pega care management experience is preferred.

    • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related fields

    • Senior Product Analyst (2-4 Years Experience)


    Key Responsibilities
    • Experience working with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow.
    • Serves as a liaison between the business and technical teams and builds a strong network of relationships with various stakeholder groups.
    • Understands application infrastructure to facilitate support activities and system maintenance.
    • Responds quickly to business stakeholder questions and concerns.
    • Identifies impact on other solutions or projects and works with other product analysts and stakeholders to identify options and recommendations.


    Required Skills and Experience
    • Adept SQL writing and understanding of database concepts
