Level 2 Operations Support Analyst Finacle Treasury Management (FTM)

We are looking for a skilled Level 2 Operations Support Analyst to join our team in Finacle Treasury Management (FTM). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations support and experience with Finacle Treasury Management.

• Provide operational support for Finacle Treasury Management (FTM) systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of FTM with other systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation of FTM processes and procedures.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to FTM.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for treasury management.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.

• Strong understanding of financial markets and treasury management principles.
• Experience with Finacle Treasury Management (FTM) system is required.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
