Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and sales-oriented candidates for the position of Sales Associate at Lenskart. The role involves assisting customers in selecting eyewear products, delivering an excellent shopping experience, driving sales, and supporting daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their eyewear needs, preferences, and budget.
• Recommend suitable eyeglasses, sunglasses, contact lenses, and lens options.
• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and promotions to customers.
• Drive sales and achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries professionally.
• Assist with billing, order processing, and delivery coordination.
• Maintain product displays, store hygiene, and overall visual merchandising.
• Support inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
• Follow Lenskart SOPs, sales processes, and operational standards.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• 12th pass with minimum 1 year experience or graduate (Freshers and experienced) preferred.
• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Sales-driven mindset and ability to achieve targets.
• Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
• Graduate Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Compensation

• 3 - 3.25 LPA + Incentives
• Performance-based incentives, as applicable.
• Full-time, on-roll employment with Lenskart.
