Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leisure travel sales by building a clientele of new and existing business.
• Build client base through Virtuoso marketing, local events and personal networking.
• Sell DT strategic supplier products.
• Plan itineraries, book tickets and arrange travel accommodations and services.
• Research and provide solutions to client travel-related problems.
• Provide excellent customer services to internal and external clients.
• Continued education via Virtuoso Travel Academy, internal programs, and travel.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years leisure industry experience.
• 3+ years GDS (Apollo or Sabre) experience.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent business education preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software.
• GDS Experience with Apollo or Sabre.
• Demonstrated professional customer service skills.
• Ability to work nights and weekends when needed.
• Capability of maintaining a favorable company image when interfacing with outside sources.
• Proven pursuit of learning and self-development.
• Ability to demonstrate personal and organizational integrity.
• Capability of working in a team environment supporting management and staff, following policies, providing feedback, assisting in special projects, and taking on additional responsibility
• Effective oral and written communications skills
• Organizational skills that result in high productivity
• Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US.
