Leisure Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a well-connected and commercially driven Sales Manager Leisure Sales to grow leisure room-night production and revenue through travel trade partnerships. The role will focus on building and managing relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, wholesalers and leisure travel networks, driving business across relevant destinations and PRISM properties. What will you be doing • Own leisure room-night and revenue targets across assigned markets, accounts and destinations. • Build and manage a portfolio of high-potential travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, wholesalers and leisure partners. • Acquire new productive leisure accounts and increase production from existing accounts. • Drive FIT, leisure group and seasonal business across PRISMs hotel portfolio. • Identify key feeder markets and develop account-specific and destination-specific sales plans. • Conduct regular account reviews to track room nights, revenue, production trends and future demand. • Strengthen destination penetration and cross-sell relevant properties across the network. Who are we looking for • 5–8 years of experience in hotel leisure sales, travel trade sales or hospitality B2B sales. • Strong existing relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, wholesalers or leisure networks. • Proven ability to generate hotel room-night production through travel-trade partnerships. • Strong understanding of leisure demand, feeder markets and destination sales. • Strong commercial negotiation and relationship-management skills.
