Continuum Green Energy Limited is an independent power producer with focus on supplying green power to commercial & industrial (C&I”) consumers, in addition to state and central distribution utilities and power exchanges.

We are led by a management team with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector and in-depth understanding of managing projects.

Continuum Green Energy Limited has a portfolio of approximately 4.7 GWp with projects comprising ~3.0 GWp operational, ~0.5 GWp under construction and ~1.2 GWp of under development spread across 6 states in India.

We prioritize selling electricity to C&I consumers, which constitutes majority of our operational and under-construction capacity with more than 180 diversified, high credit quality C&I consumers.

Since we began operations, we have enjoyed support from multiple domestic banks/ financial institution including State Bank of India (SBI), Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA), India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited (IIFCL), ICICI Bank Limited, IndusInd Bank Limited, etc and global institutional investors in our listed bonds.

In addition to debt capital from above sources, our holding company, Continuum Green Energy Holdings Limited (CGEHL), has invested 11,728 million equity in our Company.

Our Company also received 18,738.75 million in primary equity investment from affiliates of Just Climate LLP.
