Job Purpose

To support the Circle Legal Head and Circle Operations teams by managing litigation, land acquisition, contract administration, legal compliance, risk mitigation, and advisory matters across the telecom circle. The role ensures legal compliance, safeguards organizational interests, minimizes legal risks, and facilitates uninterrupted business operations through effective legal support and governance.

1. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

A. Litigation & Dispute Management Key Outcomes

Ensure effective handling and closure of litigation matters while safeguarding the organization's legal and commercial interests.

B. Land Acquisition & Infrastructure Legal SupportKey Outcomes

Facilitate legally compliant acquisition and use of properties for telecom infrastructure deployment.

C. Contract Drafting & Lifecycle ManagementKey Outcomes

Ensure legally sound and commercially effective contractual arrangements while minimizing legal and business risks.

D. Legal & Regulatory Compliance ManagementKey OutcomesEnsure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and governance requirements.

E. Legal Information Management & Data GovernanceKey Outcomes

Maintain accurate legal records and provide actionable legal information to stakeholders.

F. Legal Advisory, Risk Management & Special ProjectsKey Outcomes

Provide proactive legal support and risk mitigation guidance to business functions.

• Timely closure and effective management of litigation matters.

3. Qualifications & Experience Educational Qualification Mandatory

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.)

ExperienceMandatory
