About the Opportunity
Venkat Tech Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring qualified and motivated legal professionals on behalf of ASKY International Lawyers, an established Australian law firm with operations in Melbourne.
This is an excellent opportunity for Indian legal professionals to build an international legal career, gain exposure to Australian legal practices, and work closely with experienced legal professionals based in Australia.
Selected candidates will be part of a dedicated offshore legal support team in Hyderabad, providing Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) and back-office legal services to ASKY International Lawyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal summaries, case briefs, and research notes.
- Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, agreements, contracts, correspondence, and other legal documentation.
- Assist Australian legal professionals with case preparation, documentation, and legal administration.
- Provide legal process support across litigation, family law, commercial law, property law, and migration matters.
- Support document management, case file maintenance, and legal records administration.
- Coordinate with the Australian legal team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of assigned work.
- Maintain strict confidentiality, professional standards, and data security when handling client information.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and Australian counterparts to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
Qualifications & Skills
Essential Requirements
- LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. or equivalent recognised law qualification from India.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting capabilities.
- Good understanding of legal terminology, documentation, and legal processes.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple assignments.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO), legal KPO, law firms.
- Experience in litigation support, family law, commercial law, property law, migration law, or contract drafting.
- Exposure to Australian legal processes, legal documentation, or international legal support services will be an added advantage.
- Experience supporting overseas law firms or international clients is highly desirable.
