Legal Officer - Ahmedabad

Location: Gujarat (Kuranga/Dwarka with travel as required)

• Track legal and revenue matters, monitor latest developments, and maintain MIS records and case documentation.
• Vet and review legal documents, commercial contracts, MOUs, agreements, notices, and replies.
• Handle correspondence with various Government departments and authorities.
• Manage and coordinate litigation matters filed by or against the Company.
• Visit courts and project locations at Kuranga and Dwarka as required for legal proceedings and case follow-ups.
• Assist senior legal professionals in matters related to Revenue Laws, Civil Cases, Criminal Matters, and other legal issues.
• Draft, review, and support preparation of pleadings and court-related documentation.
• Maintain proper records and ensure timely compliance with legal requirements.

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.).
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in litigation, revenue matters, and legal documentation.
• Strong knowledge of court procedures, pleadings, and legal drafting.
• Proficiency in Gujarati and English typing.
• Good communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, detail-oriented, and willing to learn and work in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to coordinate with government authorities, advocates, and internal stakeholders
