Legal Manager

Mahagun Group is looking for an experienced Legal Manager to join its legal team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in RERA, arbitration, and real estate legal matters, with hands-on experience in handling legal documentation, disputes, compliance, and litigation-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle legal matters related to real estate projects and transactions.
• Provide expert guidance on RERA compliance, proceedings, and regulatory matters.
• Manage and coordinate arbitration proceedings and dispute resolution.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, contracts, notices, and other legal documents.
• Handle legal due diligence and identify potential legal risks in real estate transactions.
• Coordinate with external advocates, consultants, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Manage litigation and legal cases related to real estate matters.
• Advise internal teams on applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Ensure timely compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile

• LLB/LLM from a recognized university.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in legal roles, preferably with a real estate organization or law firm.
• Strong expertise in RERA and real estate laws.
• Good exposure to arbitration, litigation, and dispute resolution.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in handling real estate agreements, contracts, notices, and legal documentation.
• Candidates with experience in real estate/RERA matters in Noida/Delhi NCR will be preferred.
