Key Responsibilities -
- Handling litigations efficiently and effectively and ensure timely filing of pleadings
- Ensure efficient review, drafting and closure of legal documentation/agreement.
- Providing assistance in drafting, reviewing and vetting of operational agreements pertaining to the business.
- Provide legal advisory on compliance issues and other queries raised by the Units/Hospitals
- Handling and providing advice on legal notices, Show Cause Notices and other notices from various statutory authorities
- Facilitate early resolution and settlement of legal cases.
- Effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely closure.
- Maintaining monthly MIS of litigations and share updates of court hearings to the supervisor.
- Legal Advisory on queries raised and on grey areas requiring interpretation.
