Legal Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, vetting, and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements.
• Handling NDAs, vendor agreements, customer contracts, service agreements, lease agreements, consultancy agreements, and other legal documents.
• Reviewing and advising on legal clauses, commercial terms, and risk mitigation measures.
• Preparing corporate legal documents, notices, declarations, and legal correspondence.
• Coordinating with external legal counsels on legal notices, disputes, litigation, and arbitration matters.
• Providing legal support to business, finance, procurement, HR, and management teams on various contractual and compliance-related matters.
• Ensuring legal compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintaining contract repositories and monitoring contractual obligations and renewals.
• Assisting management in corporate governance and legal risk management initiatives.
