Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage contract drafting, review, and negotiation for IT services projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all legal documentation.
• Verify documents such as contracts, agreements, and other legal papers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Provide guidance on non-litigation matters related to intellectual property law.

Job Requirements :

• 5-6 years of experience in contract management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of document verification processes and procedures.
• Excellent contract drafting skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in reviewing complex legal documents for errors and inconsistencies.
