Legal Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ Drafting, reviewing, editing, and re-crafting lease deeds, sub-lease deeds, lease agreements, rent agreements, and related legal documents

▪ Handling complete HSIIDC compliances including applications, affidavits, undertakings, and liaison with authorities

▪ Ensuring compliance with HSIIDC rules, policies, transfer norms, and leasing conditions

▪ Drafting and vetting agreements related to industrial land, plots, sheds, and commercial properties

▪ Managing and supervising the entire legal team, allocating work, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely completion of tasks

▪ Coordinating with management, consultants, authorities, and internal departments

▪ Conducting legal due diligence for industrial properties

▪ Maintaining records of agreements, approvals, renewals, and compliance documents

▪ Assisting in lease renewals, amendments, extensions, and follow-ups

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

▪ Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university

▪ 10-15 years of relevant experience in legal drafting and property documentation
