Legal Manager

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Legal Counsel to manage legal affairs, statutory compliance, election-related documentation, and communications with the Election Commission of India (ECI) and other government authorities.

• Handle correspondence, notices, representations, and submissions to the ECI and government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, ECI guidelines, and election-related requirements.
• Advise on elections, nominations, affidavits, statutory filings, election symbols, and the Model Code of Conduct.
• Draft and review legal notices, affidavits, petitions, agreements, resolutions, and official communications.
• Review and advise on organisational rules, constitutions, bye-laws, amendments, and resolutions.
• Maintain compliance records, legal documents, and statutory deadlines.
• Identify legal risks and provide timely legal advice to leadership.

• LL.B. from a recognised university and enrollment with a State Bar Council.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Experience in election law, constitutional law, political party matters, or civil law preferred.
• Experience before the Election Commission, High Court, or Supreme Court is an advantage.
• Strong legal drafting, litigation, and compliance skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Ability to handle confidential matters, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Experience in election compliance, party registration, election disputes, or regulatory matters preferred.
