Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Advise management on legal matters related to construction projects, procurement, labor, and commercial transactions.
• Handle legal disputes, claims, arbitration, and litigation in coordination with external counsel.
• Review tender documents, project contracts, and subcontractor agreements.
• Monitor legal risks and recommend preventive measures.
• Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external legal advisors.
• Maintain legal records and provide legal support for corporate governance matters.
• Study and prepare preliminary land documents of prospective projects.
• Documentation of all deeds and agreements of a particular project.
• Handling all the registration related works.
• Handling Project approvals in all the banks necessary.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements

• 2-3 Years of experience in Construction field.
• LLB from reputed college is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction, contract, labor, and commercial laws.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage confidential information.
• Should be able to read Kannada documents
