Job Description: Position Overview

We are looking for a qualified Legal Manager (LLB/LLM) with 510 years of experience in corporate legal advisory, compliance, and documentation.

The role involves handling funding-related contracts, loan documentation, securities issuance, and legal aspects of land acquisition agreements, along with ensuring compliance under the

Companies Act. Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and finalize funding-related documentation, including bank loan agreements and security documentation.
• Prepare and vet documentation related to issuance of NCDs (Non-Convertible Debentures) and CCDs (Compulsorily Convertible Debentures).
• Ensure organizational compliance with the requirements of the Companies Act and allied corporate laws.
• Draft, review, and negotiate land acquisition related agreements, lease deeds, and transfer documents.
• Provide legal advisory on corporate transactions, investments, and regulatory matters.
• Liaise with banks, investors, law firms, and regulatory bodies for smooth execution of transactions.
• Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessment on proposed corporate and funding activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• LLB mandatory, LLM preferred from a recognized university/institution.
• 5–10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a corporate legal/compliance role.
• Strong expertise in funding documentation, bank loan agreements, and structured financial instruments (NCDs/CCDs).
• Demonstrated experience in drafting land acquisition and property-related agreements.
• Solid knowledge of Companies Act, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to SEBI regulations, FEMA, and banking guidelines.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters simultaneously.
